Asana Room

Named after the word for ‘pose’ or ‘posture’ Asana is our most versatile room. Large enough to accommodate a yoga class of up to 8 people it comes with 8 yoga mats, bricks, blocks, straps and eye pillows. When not in use as a yoga studio Asana room can be used for any form of therapeutic group work, training or supervision. 10 velvet foldable chairs and a flipchart and stand come with the room and additional furniture can also be provided.
